Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing TryCellus. We strive to deliver your personal care essentials in the fastest and safest way possible.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Saturday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak sale seasons or festivals, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹[Insert Amount, e.g., 499]. For orders below this, a flat shipping fee of ₹[Insert Amount, e.g., 50] applies.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A non-refundable COD handling fee of ₹[Insert Amount, e.g., 70] is charged on all COD orders.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once your order is dispatched, you can expect delivery within the following windows:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days.
  • Rest of India: 4–7 business days.
  • Remote Areas (NE India, J&K, Islands): 7–10 business days.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors like weather, strikes, or courier delays.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your Tracking ID and a link to the courier partner’s website. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.

5. Delivery Attempts & RTO (Return to Origin)

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package three times.

  • If the package is not accepted or the recipient is unreachable after three attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
  • For reshipping such orders, an additional shipping fee will be charged to the customer.

6. Important: Damaged Outer Packaging

If you notice that the outer shipping box is tampered with, crushed, or open at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the package and contact us immediately at riyazahmed@trycellus.com.

Reminder: As per our Return Policy, an unboxing video is mandatory to claim any issues regarding internal damage or missing items.
